What Is Microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive exfoliation treatment that removes the outer layer of dead skin cells. During the procedure, a gentle stream of aluminum oxide crystals exfoliates the skin, and the particles, along with dead skin cells, are vacuumed away to reveal fresh, healthy skin. It is less invasive than many other resurfacing treatments and offers a faster recovery time.
